Kinesiology PKP - Total Body Modification
Kinesiology is the art of gentle muscle testing that uses natural and holistic methods to identify and correct imbalances across all aspects of the body.
Through muscle testing, we communicate with the body via the nervous system and subconscious to determine what your body needs to restore balance and support physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing.
Using a wide range of PKP corrections, including structural, emotional, and nutritional support, we help the body return to optimal homeostasis and activate its innate healing ability. We specialise in working with the mental, emotional, and physical patterns that often contribute to chronic health concerns.

What people say
I'd tried so many things for my chronic tension and nothing seemed to get to the root of it. Deb's muscle testing picked up on things I hadn't even mentioned, and the corrections she made left me feeling noticeably lighter and more balanced. It's a completely different approach to anything I'd tried before, and it actually worked.

I was skeptical about kinesiology at first, but after one session with Deb I understood why people swear by it. She combined structural and emotional corrections in a way that felt really tailored to me, not a generic routine. I've walked out of every session feeling calmer and more like myself.

My son has some sensory sensitivities and I wanted something gentle to support him. Deb was wonderful with him — patient, warm, and the muscle testing didn't feel invasive at all. We've noticed real improvements in his mood and focus since starting sessions. Couldn't recommend Energize Me more highly.

FAQ
Is kinesiology safe for children?
Sessions are gentle and non-invasive. Your child stays fully clothed, and Deb uses light muscle testing with a parent present. Kinesiology is complementary and does not replace medical care for a child's health concerns.
What happens in a first session?
Deb starts by discussing what you'd like support with. She then uses gentle muscle testing, while you stay fully clothed, to identify where your body may need support, and applies PKP corrections.
What is PKP kinesiology / Total Body Modification?
PKP is the kinesiology system Deb trained in through her ICPKP diploma. It uses muscle testing to guide structural, emotional and nutritional corrections. Total Body Modification (TBM) is one additional technique she is trained in.
Does muscle testing hurt?
No. It is a light, gentle pressure, and you can stop at any time.
How many sessions will I need?
This varies from person to person. We discuss a sensible plan at your first appointment.
What should I wear and bring?
Comfortable clothing you can sit or lie down in.
Is kinesiology a substitute for seeing a doctor?
No. Kinesiology is a complementary therapy. Keep seeing your GP or specialist and tell them about any therapies you use.
